Nature of the platform
StrataPie is a technology-enabled platform that presents fractional-ownership opportunities structured through per-deal vehicles. Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation or solicitation to the public to subscribe to securities. Opportunities are made available privately, per deal, only to eligible investors who complete onboarding and receive deal documents directly.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, resident in a jurisdiction where access is lawful, and complete KYC before participating in any opportunity. We may decline or restrict access at our discretion.

Deal documents prevail
Each opportunity is governed by its own offer documents, subscription agreement and vehicle constitution. If anything on this website conflicts with those documents, the deal documents prevail.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or submit false information. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
Intellectual property
All content, software, scoring models and trademarks on this website belong to StrataPie or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, StrataPie is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Investment outcomes depend on the underlying assets and are not guaranteed by StrataPie.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
